Registration Information
Instructions for Online Registration
In order to make your registration in the ECCOMAS-CFD2010 Conference you should access our CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM login page and once there you have two options:
- If you have already created your account on the ECCOMAS-CFD2010 conference management system please log in with your username (email) and password. When inside you will find a link called "User Registration" under the "User Options" menu, where you could obtain the registration form and submit it;
- If you are not registered on the ECCOMAS-CFD2010 conference management system you only need to follow the link located immediately under the "language" box on the CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM login page, create your user account, and then follow the steps described above.
Conference Fees
The early registration rates are applicable if payment is received before March 15th 2010

The conference fee includes:
- Book of Abstracts
- Conference proceedings on CD ROM
- Participation in all the scientific sessions
- Lunches (Portuguese typical buffet)
- Coffee/tea during breaks
- Welcome reception (boat trip in Tagus river)
- Banquet
The accompanying person registration includes:
- Welcome reception
- Banquet
- Lunches (Portuguese typical buffet)
Important Note
We advise you to book your hotel room when you register for the conference.
If you didn't book the hotel when you registered for the conference you will still be able to do it by sending an e-mail to malmeida.lisboa@abreu.pt
Registration cancellation
For written cancellations received before April 15th, 2010, registration fees will be fully refunded. Written cancellations received between April 15th and April 30th will receive a refund of € 100,00. After May 1st no refund will be made.
Students
Note that the Student Registration does not include the banquet.
Student rate attendees must send to the Registration Secretariat (by fax: +351 21 415 6383 or e-mail: malmeida.lisboa@abreu.pt) a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The student fee applies only to full-time PhD and MSc students.
